KESB DESIGN | DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, RETURN, WITHDRAWAL, AND WARRANTY POLICY

This document outlines the delivery process, cancellation rights, withdrawal (return) policy, warranty scope, and relevant legal obligations for products sold under the KESB DESIGN brand. The information below applies to individual consumers only.

1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Within Turkey: 5–7 business days
• European countries: 7–14 business days
• United States and Canada: 7–21 business days
• Other countries: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local carriers. You will be notified in case of delays.

2. SHIPPING TERMS

• Shipping is free within Turkey.
• International shipping is free for orders over $250.
• For orders under $250, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
• Orders may be delivered to your address or the nearest pick-up point.

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting info@kesbdesign.com with your order number.

If your order has shipped, the return policy applies instead.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return request must include order number and clear reason.

Note: If the return is not our fault (e.g., color preference), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. For faults on our end, we will provide a return label.

5. DEFECTS AND WARRANTY

All products are covered under a 2-year parts warranty.

• Contact failure or connection issues
• Cracks not caused by misuse or transport
• Structural issues during normal use

• Dropping or impact damage
• Liquid or heat damage
• External tampering with parts

To report a defect, send detailed photos with your order number to support@kesb.design. If valid, only the defective part will be sent. We may request product return for evaluation.

6. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–7 business days after confirmation.

7. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Unclaimed shipments returned to us may incur two-way shipping costs and a handling fee (e.g., €40).
